The reality is, we are all humans with real emotions, feelings, ups, and downs. What is your life really like? Are you happy with the job you have? The friends you have? The relationships you are in? More importantly, Are you happy with WHO YOU ARE TODAY, HOW YOU ARE LIVING YOUR LIFE? I firmly believe it is possible to be happy with the life you’re living. It is crucial to take a moment to embrace your struggles, challenge yourself, work through difficult situations and find true happiness through addressing the challenges in your life. I am able to help you by providing you a safe environment where you can express yourself without feeling judged or criticized. I utilize different modalities especially EMDR therapy (in-person only) to help people overcome their struggles and live their best life.
