Olivia, who goes by “Liv”, began her real estate journey as a licensed agent in South Carolina, and when she moved to NC, she became a licensed agent here. Olivia has had a passion for real estate since childhood. She loves working with clients and strives to make the buying and selling process as easy and stress-free as possible. She pays close attention to detail and will go above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy and satisfied. Her goal is to provide each client with a stellar home buying and/or home selling experience.
Olivia was raised in Southern SC and moved to the Charlotte area in 2016. She fell in love with the city and is thrilled she can help people find their dream home in such a beautiful, vibrant area. She is the first generation person in her family to attend college and also the first to become a real estate agent, so she is eager to succeed and will work hard to provide her clients with top-notch service!
