- "Important Note": Due to the size of our Inn and our limited availability, cancellations affect us considerably. Guests are responsible for full payment for all nights reserved. A deposit of on one night minimum or a 50% deposit of all nights reserved will be charged to the credit card provided at time of reservation. Your deposit indicates acceptance of our policy. A 14 day cancellation notice before your scheduled date of arrival, is required to receive a refund of your deposit less a $35.00 cancellation fee (30 days in October). Should you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, you will be held financially responsible for the entire reservation and your credit card billed for the total balance of your stay. This policy is applied 100% of the time and this regardless of the reason, gravity of the cause, or nature of the emergency. However, we will try our best to rebook your room. If we are able to partially or fully re-rent the room then a partial or full refund of the payment will be refunded to your credit card, plus a $35 processing fee. If you feel this might be an issue, you may want to purchase "travel cancellation or interruption insurance" from one of the many reputable insurance companies which provide that coverage.
