I called the spa and spoke with its owner, Allison. I tried to schedule an appointment using a Groupon and the owner refused to accommodate me and a friend and a time that was convenient to us. She very rudely told me to either come during the day or contact Groupon for a refund. I will not be using this spa for anything! Groupon, on the other hand, was wonderful to work with and issued a refund immediately, promising to contact the business regarding my complaint.
