I was very appreciative that my request was answered promptly and the service cost offered was less expensive. It was Tim the technician who performed furnace repair services excellently. He knew the steps to do to fix all the parts that failed to work. After an hour, my unit was repaired perfectly and the result was awesome. Highly recommended service.
