- Cancellations: We have a 7 day cancellation policy, or 14 days for holidays or group reservations. Any deposit taken is refundable (minus a $35.00 service fee) if at least 7 days (14 days of stays 3 nights or greater) notice is given. For cancellations with less than 7 days notice (or less than 14 days for 3 nights or greater) the canceling guest will be responsible for the entire stay unless the room can be re-rented.
