- We are a small family owned Inn and rely on our advance bookings. For a refund on cancellations we require a $20 processing fee per room, per night with a seven day (1 week) notice, a 30 day notice for three or more room reservations. After that time you will be charged for the room (this also applies to Gift Certificate reservations). We will provide you with a cancellation number. There are no cancellations due to weather.
