- We recognize that circumstances do arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your visit. We observe the following policies associated with rescheduled or cancelled reservations: A. We charge a $105.00 nonrefundable deposit for all elopement, wedding and vows-renewal reservation and for site visits to decide whether you want to be married at South Court. B. We accept cancellations and rescheduling of reservations at no charge to you so long as you request such least 14 days before scheduled arrival. C. If you cancel or rescheduling your reservation with less than 14 advance notice before your scheduled arrival date, we charge you the agreed rate and send you a gift certificate to be used before the end of the calendar of your original reservation. C. If you cancel the same day you are supposed to arrive or fail to appear for your stay, we charge you the full agreed rate and issue you no gift certificate.
