Our understanding of insurer file documentation requirements allows our public adjusters to anticipate what insurers need to promptly and accurately resolve insurance claims; this results in much faster claim resolutions. Our public adjusting firm often works with companies and HOA’s that did not receive accurate and just claim resolutions, but we prefer to begin working with the insured two years before they’ve had an insurance loss. This allows us to help the insured avoid coverage gaps and issues; to prevent property conditions which may void coverages; and to monitor approved properties, ensuring any possible damage is documented after significant weather events.
