- Two Weeks Notice: A full refund will be made if notice of cancellation is given at least 14 days in advance of the reservation date(s). One Week Notice: A $25.00 late cancellation fee will be charged against the deposit if cancellation is made with more than six—but less than 14—days advance notice. 48 Hours Notice: A conditional deposit refund minus the $25.00 late cancellation fee will be made if the cancellation is made with more than two—but less than seven— days advance notice and the room(s) can be re-booked for the dates in question. We will make a serious effort but we can't guarantee that the room(s) can be re-booked with such short notice. If the reservations cannot be filled, we reserve the right to retain the full deposit. Less than 48 hours, no-shows, or early departures: This situation is not fair to other prospective guests, nor would it be fair to us. Under these circumstances, unless there is some dire emergency, there can be no refund of deposit.
