Schulz Homes Corp is a custom home builder based in Middleburg, Virginia. As a custom home builder in Loudoun County, we have been designing and building some of the finest custom homes in Northern Virginia since 1987. One of our favorite adages is that building has not changed that much over the past two millennia. Custom builders, such as ourselves, are still selected based on three criteria: the uniqueness of our designs, quality of workmanship, and price.
