Sanare Today is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). We provide mental health care for the treatment for depression, alcoholism, anxiety, substance abuse & life coaching. The mission of Sanare Today is to provide help and healing services to individuals struggling to function on a regular basis. A primary goal is to help individuals become stabilized emotionally and be able to succeed at school/work, maintain healthy interpersonal relationships, and learn effective coping life strategies.
