Everyone in this company was very kind, including the woman who I talked to on the phone and the technician I had. They never let me waited for a long hour. The assigned technician showed up on time and was able to perform the repair on my refrigerator that had no power at all promptly. He cheerfully worked on our appliance throughout the entire service. They took our call, were extremely polite and understanding of our needs. After a few minutes of waiting, the repairman came out and brought all the tools needed.
