I really appreciated her taking the time to call with an updated status of the car throughout the process of being picked up and delivered. I got price quotes from so many places. Not only was Road Runner Moving and Storage the least expensive (1/4 of the price of some quotes) but I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere. These guys keenan and Kenny are the absolute best. They literally make moving look fun. They are positive, helpful, intuitive, and careful! Not a thing was damaged, everything was in the right room, and they believe that if they take it apart - they should put it back together. They never slowed down, never got grumpy, and at the end of the day, every bed was assembled and ready for us to collapse into. Road Runner Moving and Storage gets an A+!

He was professional, prompt, and trustworthy. They quoted a very reasonable price, pick-up and delivery date. Then Rich provided updates periodically until the car was delivered on time. Top notch customer service.

Very nice group of people here at Road Runner Moving and Storage. Everyone I spoke with was easy to understand and laid out all the details for me. Loved the fact that you can pay with a credit card which you don't see at too many other moving companies. The door to door service was quite nice too. They secured and wrapped the pick up truck so we didn't have to worry about that part. Rates were manageable and made sense for the sort of service you get.

This company made shipping my car as easy as it could be. From the initial contact with Natalie, to pick up with Larry, through to delivery, everything was first class. I received several quotes and even though Road Runner Moving and Storage was not the cheapest they were more affordable in terms of what you get with what you pay. Natalie explained the process thoroughly, and had wonderful follow up. She found an excellent driver, Larry, whose schedule matched our time requirements for both pickup and delivery. Overall everything was as promised and on schedule, with superior communication.

I cannot emphasize how satisfied I am with the way Road Runner Moving and Storage. I needed to get a sports car delivered from Miami to Ohio and called a bunch of shippers but they quoted me insane prices, it almost made me think about driving it and running up the miles. Natalie welcomed me back and gave me a quote instantly (one of the cheapest I've ever been quoted) and arranged for a truck the same weekend! My car is very low but they knew exactly how to take care of it and load it safely. I cannot believe I didn’t just started off with them in the first place. Also delivery driver kept in touch and delivered my car in 3 days!! That's very fast compared to other. Thank you guys for getting my baby safe and scratch less in a timely manner!
