I ensiled the services of Road Runner Moving and Storage last spring where I was moving from an apartment I shared with a roommate to a 2nd floor Condo in Miami, FL. I had lots of furniture which were heavy too. Despite that, they worked hard and I was impressed. The crew introduced themselves and was so polite. I was very comfortable having them handle my stuff.

I recommend you Road Runner that inspired and satisfied me more than my expectations. In fact, I was searching for someone to move my precious, expensive, rare quality and heavy furniture. The most movers were excusing me for moving these gears. However, I talked with Road Runner Moving & Storage and let it know what I was seeking for. It promised with me to move my luggage fast. Of course, the company did its best to let me go satisfied. Service was excellent and really unique at competitive rates.

Road Runner Moving and Storage did a fantastic job moving me from a studio apartment into a two bedroom home. They took good care of my belongings and were extremely professional. They were actually early to my appointment but someone from the main office called 45 minutes ahead of time to make sure it was okay to start about 15 min early. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality and professional movers.

I had a treadmill that refused to fold up so it was a difficult piece to move and weighed a lot. I also wanted it up the stairs at the new place but they somehow managed to get it to work. Other movers weren't interested in the job or were overpriced because of the heavy treadmill that we almost felt like we should just sell it. Road Runner Moving and Storage took the job and said that the treadmill would not raise the price. The crew showed up on time, was professional, courteous, and careful and got the thing upstairs. My next move will definitely be with them.

First off, this company knows how to price their rates. The crew showed up on time, and was extremely efficient and professional. Spoke with Justin who assured me that there would be no hidden charges. He was right at the end there were none and they didn't leave a single mark or scratch on my walls or floors. Highly recommend them. I will absolutely use them again!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. The prices they have are so reasonable that I was worried about the quality of service at first. But they showed up with the right sized truck which was very clean and well loaded with materials they would need. Their estimate for mine was low which I expected due to the low rates they quoted. The crew was full of smiles and very professional and thorough. They worked very hard and I was very impressed. I would recommend them to anyone.

The movers from Road Runner Moving and Storage are the real deal. No hassle scheduling which can be done through requesting a quote from their website. Everyone was courteous, movers were clean, efficient, on time. Nothing went wrong and according to plan. There was an issue with the elevator but they worked around it going up and down stairs with boxes until it was sorted out. The movers are really good at what they do. Amazing customer service, very rare to find in a moving company. They went the extra mile to get my move done and that all came with a reasonably priced bill.
