Product Warranty:

Each bike comes with a 12-month warranty against defects from the manufacturer. However, the warranty does not cover mechanical parts that are damaged as a result of using the product, including brakes, tires, gears & pedals. Our products are made from durable frames & all parts supplied from genuine brands.

Installation of any electrical components not originally supplied by Rize Bikes will void the warranty.

Shipping:

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days anywhere in Canada once your order is placed. You can track the shipment soon after placing the order to get it at your doorstep. Purolator and Loomis Express are our main couriers for ground shipping service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
