The agency has since qualified for Nationwide's President's Conference Award every year for 34 years. In 1999, Randy became the youngest inductee into the company's President's Conference Hall of Fame. He has been Alabama Agent of the Year for the company 28 times and Service Agent numerous times. The Agency has consistently ranked among the top 10 agencies of the company and is the only agency to achieve the prestigious All Star Team membership consistently since it's inception 14 years ago.
