QNS officers and agents are trained at top-notch security schools, accredited, and licensed with the Bureau of Security Investigative services (B.S.I.S) and Consumer Affairs in Sacramento, CA. Our officers and agents are routinely trained at our facilities and at security training schools approved by the Bureau. The professional background of our executive personnel includes JRIC certified and IED recognition officers. TLO (Terrorism Liaison Officers) have prior military and police background as well. Additional trainings include SWAT, K-9 and bomb dogs. Very importantly, all of our high-level personnel are capable of directly communicating with local PD and other pertinent agencies. The company, formed in 2001, is a certified Woman Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE) that currently employs over 200 security agents which are carefully monitored and routinely trained by immediate supervisors and regional managers in addition to the executive management team. In order to promote quality performance, multiple training programs are administered including Basic Security Training, Post Orders Site Orientation training, Foot Patrol, Laws of Arrest / Detention, Report Writing, First Aid & CPR and OSHA/ Hazard-Free Workplace. In addition, our ongoing training programs include Officer Safety, Employer Policies, Handling Difficult People, Crowd Control, Workplace Environment and training that is specific to our clients’ security needs.
