- You may cancel up until 7 days before expected arrival with only a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days, full charges apply unless we are able to rebook. Some SPECIAL EVENTS require a two-day booking and must be paid in advance. If cancellation is necessary on a SPECIAL EVENT date, 50% will be used for the cancellation fee and the other 50% refunded only if we are able to rebook the room.
