- With so many models to choose from, we work very hard to select the best vacuum for EACH CUSTOMER - there is no single vacuum that is best at everything.
- Can you give me an estimate?
- We do free estimates on every repair brought in to us. Usually, we evaluate your machine while you wait and give you the cost estimate immediately, whenever possible.

- Our customers are always welcome to schedule time to sit down for help with a project or problem. We also have open sewing days every month for them to just sit and sew
