- PSAHA is a private, non-profit youth hockey association and it assumed operations of the Puget Sound Hockey Center in early 2009. We have begun making facility improvements and expanding our programs, without raising membership or ice rental fees. We are committed to continue having "the best ice" in the region. We are limited to the size of our building itself but work hard to keep everything else in shape.
