Do you know where your food comes from? We do. At Portage Bay Cafe & Catering, we believe in having the fewest degrees of separation as possible between the earth and the plate. That’s why we purchase most of our food from local sources. From the organic breads of Essential and Great Harvest Bakeries to the farmers at Oxbow and Full Circle Farms and the ranchers at Oregon Country Beef, we are proud to bring their food through our kitchens to you. Our New Location Opened in May, 2008... We are so excited to be a part of the South Lake Union neighborhood! The Streetcar runs along the east side of the cafe, making it super easy to reach us from downtown or Fred Hutch, without worrying about where to park!
