Lunch specialties include sandwiches and salads, while the dinner menu offers mesquite-broiled steaks, catfish, and corn on the cob. A sunken bar overlooks the water park where a nightly bonfire can be viewed. Slim Pickin's - Featuring poolside dining every afternoon at the River Ranch water park, this restaurant serves hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, and nachos. Its bar offers cocktails, wine, and beer. La Cabana - Serving the same light fare and drinks offered by Slim Pickin's, La Cabana is open every afternoon by the main swimming pool.
