•One night deposit plus sales tax required when the reservation is made. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted. •Cancel with $35 service charge up to 14 days in advance. Less than 14 day cancellations will be charged full amount of reservations unless the room is rebooked. •Memorial Day, Labor Day, Mountain Music Festival (Spring and Fall) and Civil War Reenactment require a prepaid two night stay with no cancellation privileges. 4th of July requires a one night prepaid stay with no cancellation privileges. •Check-in between 3 PM and 5 PM. If you are running late, don't worry--we can leave instructions in the mailbox on the side of the house--just give us a call, please! •Check-out time is 11 AM. •Smoking is restricted to outside designated area only. •We regret that we are not wheelchair accessible. •Inquire about children. •Small pets welcome for guests staying in Scarlett's Hideaway.
