PilatesByPamela is a STOTT Pilates studio located in Philadelphia, PA. We offer reformer and mat sessions for individuals of all levels. We have an extremely private, comfortable setting that exudes a feeling of calmness and emphasis. Only private or duet sessions are used, allowing clients to participate in tough as well as motivating mind-body workouts without diversion. Our studio is geared up with state-of-the-art equipment including the following: V2 Max Plus Reformer, Stability Chair, Barrels, Complementary small equipment and other accessories.
