Terrible!! Did more damage than they did work. Stole wiring and other metals not in there contract. The worst s I caught the owner Phil and his drugged up crew snorting something white right in front of my site. I am glad I caught them before they started working that day. Wish I would of caught them before all the damage. If you are going to use Philco beware. Have drug test done prior to letting them work. Hope this is helpful, if i would of read the reviews on this company first I would of saved money and time.
