SITE FEE COVERS 2 ADULTS AND UP TO 4 CHILDREN. FOR ALL ADDITIONAL ADULTS A FEE OF $10 PER NIGHT AND FOR ALL ADDITIONAL CHILDREN FEES OF $5 PER NIGHT ARE TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL. Youth Group pay $5 per child per night and for every 4 children 1 adult pays $5 per night. Each additional adults pay $10 per night. All persons entering the campground must be registered. Upon arrival campers must have their camping equipment and be prepared to set up. No one under 18 years of age can reserve a site or be issued a camping permit. Campers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older. You must sign for your own site. No one else may register a site for you. Check-in is between 1 PM and 8 PM. Only those campers who have their equipment with them will be registered. Registered campers may leave during closed hours by the 24-hour access road adjacent to the park entrance. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per site, including those of paid guest. Extra vehicles are to be parked in the beach parking lot. Camping equipment must be set up on designated dirt portion of campsites, adjacent to the picnic table and fireplace. Maximum per site: one trailer (tent or travel) and one tent; OR one motor home and one tent; OR two large tents. Guests of registered campers must sign in at the campground office, pay the day-use fee, and may visit in the campground from 7 AM to 10 PM. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Help protect the campground trees. Do not drive nails into trees, hang gas lanterns on trees, cut any standing trees, or remove their limbs. Check-out time is 11 AM. After check-out campers may park and spend the remainder of the day in the day-use area. Not all sites on Horse Island are waterfront, only the sites on the outer perimeter of the Island are waterfront. Sites accommodate a maximum of 6 people, combination of adults and children with no more than 4 adults per site. Except Youth Group sites.
