Patricia Stricklin is an Arizona native, born in Phoenix and raised in the East Valley. Patricia is a proud mother of two married daughters and three grandchildren. Patricia graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2004 with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She began her real estate career after the real estate boom of 2005. Previous to earning her real estate license; she worked for the City of Scottsdale in the tax, licensing, and registration department as a License Inspector. She was responsible for inspecting the credentials of the multiple businesses located in and conducting business in Scottsdale. Her responsibilities included licensing assurance as well as auditing the businesses for reporting and collecting sales tax and license fees – all of which represented a considerable portion of the cities revenue. Integrity, attention to detail and a “clients first” approach has earned Patricia great professional success.

With every transaction she strives to gain a thorough understanding of her clients needs and goals and then deliver a solution that more than meets their needs. Most importantly Patricia loves what she does because she believes that there is a the perfect buyer for every home!
