Parkway Orthopaedic Center has a friendly, personable and approachable staff that is very helpful with scheduling appointments, navigating insurance coverage, prescriptions, testing and surgery. We have a relatively short waiting time for scheduling appointments and a very good record of seeing patients on time in the office. Patients ALWAYS see me, not a Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. I listen to all my patients and discuss the problem at length in understandable language. If surgery is a consideration, we have educational aids and literature that help you understand the technical aspects of the procedure as well as the recovery and personal aspects that affect family, job performance and comfort.
