- Our professionally trained instructors have each earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and are certified in the administration of CPR; blood pressure screening and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). In addition; each instructor is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine — a national organization that promotes scientific research; education and practical applications of sports medicine and exercise science to maintain and enhance physical performance; fitness; health and quality of life.
