Outlaws was founded in 1991 as a restaurant and bar. In 1996, owners Al and Dora decided to open a poker parlour. After a year of securing the proper licensing, Outlaws Card Parlor opened in 1997 and has become a classic local institution. A grubbing, guzzling, gaming entertainment establishment with Pool tables, TV, and live sports.
