- Opal Divines American Restaurant & Bar located at Penn Field in South Austin opened its doors in May of 2005. It is located just one block south of St. Edwards University and one block north of Ben White Blvd also known as Hwy 71. We are also just five minutes south of downtown. Having the largest music stage and deck of the three locations, Penn Field has been the place in South Austin to witness some fantastic sunsets and great music events.
