Very bad experience with this chapel. First off, we were waiting at the entrance of the chapel to get my sister (the bride) into the dressing room for her half hour to get ready. They were about 15 minutes late, and the guy was taking his sweet time walking over to unlock the building. This cut off valuable time for her to get ready. After that, we were waiting for one of the bridesmaids and flower girl to arrive. The coordinators were VERY rude and pushy saying that we were cutting into ceremony time (even though there was no one using that chapel before or after her wedding and they weren't even that late). It was very uncomfortable when they made comments like "this is ridiculous" and "why aren't they here yet?" and making impatient gestures. My sister was made stressed out on her special day. Directions of the ceremony were unclear and sloppy. The actual ceremony was verbally rushed. I hope NOBODY has to experience these people. Save your special day for somewhere else.
