We offer same day routine and urgent visits for our patients and can accommodate new patients as well as routine follow-up appointments within 14 days.
We employ a state-of-the-art electronic medical record, which facilitates quality and continuity of care by providing your physicians access to your medical record around-the-clock, in the office setting, the hospital or at home. Patients also have access to their own medical record through our secure patient portal. When the office is open, patients can expect a phone call within 1 hour for urgent/high priority messages and within 8 hours for routine messages. When the office is closed, all calls to the answering service are responded to within 1 hour. Physicians also respond to email messages from patients through the patient portal. When the office is open, all web encounters are addressed within the same day, and when the office is closed, on the next business day.
