Our mission is to provide effective leadership and assistance to its members that address relevant issues and challenges within the industry, to unity in fellowship owners, operators, managers and employers of Assisted Living Homes and to promote professionalism and high standards to its members, to form partnerships with other agencies and individuals who have interest in the Aging and Disabled in NC, to advance the knowledge of the profession by continuing education and in advancing the standards to be followed in Assisted Living Homes and to work cooperatively with the public and private agencies, state agencies, lawmakers and other professionals to ensure that quality of life for the residents of Assisted Living Homes is preserved.
