I am an experienced trial attorney, having practiced in state and federal courts throughout Florida and its many counties for 32 years. I have represented diverse clients in many areas of civil law. In addition to the practice areas otlined in this site, I have litigated and tried cases involving mechanics liens, defamation, civil theft, racketeering, injunctive relief, personal injury/wrongful death, medical malpractice and legal malpractice, to name a few. I handle disputes of all kinds. I solve problems, and find good solutions which work for my clients. I get results, and results means success. This is not a big law firm. I did that.
