My friend found Nancy and was so incredibly thankful that he did. Not only did she explain everything to my friend every step of the way, but she offered advice, references, and resources. She'd take my friend's calls and answer his (annoying, inquisitive) texts day and night for months on end. Despite all of that, She was incredibly interested in making sure my friend got the exact house he'd want.
