*******NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!********** WENT LAST THURSDAY TO GET OUR BMW 335i DETAILED AND ENDED UP WITH BIGGER HEADACHE THEN A DIRTY CAR! A BROKEN AIR VENT PIECE (VALUED AT $150 A THE DEALER SHIP) AND A CHUNK OF CLEAR COAT PEELED OFF ON THE FRONT BUMPER FOR GETTING THE PRESSURE WASHER TOO CLOSE TO THE BUMPER FOR UN-PROPPER BUG REMOVAL! AS SOON AS WE FINDED OUT ABOUT THE AIR VENT WE WENT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT SINCE NO ONE TOLD US ANY THING AND JUST PUT THE PIECE SITTING THERE LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. AND THE OWNER (JIM) TOLD AS THAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO CHECK THE CAR BEFORE WE LEAVE! WELL THE REASON WHY WE ARE GETTING THE CAR WASHED BY SOME ELSE (A COMPANY ON THIS CASE) IS BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO WASH IT OUR SELF! AND IF WE HAVE TO SPEND AN HOUR CHECKING FOR DAMAGE WHEN WASHING THE CAR OUR SELF WOULD TAKE 30 MINUTES WHAT IS IT WORTH THE CAR WASH!??????????!!!????? SO OF COURSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE CARE OF THE DAMAGE AND INSTEAD WANTED TO GIVE AS A $50 DOLLAR GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR THEIR PLACE! HAHAHA I DON'T WANT TO GO THRU THIS AGAIN AND NO! I WOULDN'T WANT THEIR SERVICE EVER AGAIN!! SO THIS MORNING WHILE THE CAR WAS PARKED IN THE GARAGE (YES EXACTLY A WEEK AFTER) NOT 2 WEEKS OR A MONTH AFTER! I FIND OUT THAT THERE IS A CHUNK OF CLEAR COAT PEELED OFF ON THE FRONT BUMPER! (WE THOUGH IT WAS BIRD S*&%! BUT SADLY IT WASN'T! SO THIS TIME I TELL MY WIFE TO LET ME DEAL WITH THE ISSUE! SO I GO AHEAD AND CALL THE PLACE AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH JIM THE OWNER! HE DEFINITELLY DON'T WANT TO TAKE A LOSE ON HIS BUSINESS BUT GUESS WHAT! BY BEING A BUSINESS OWNER AS WELL I CAN TELL YOU THAT THERE IS TIMES THAT WE GAIN AND TIMES WHEN WE LOSE! BUT BY GIVING ONE ONLY ONE BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WE LOSE ALOT MORE THEN THAT ONE CUSTOMER OR THE COUPLE DOLLARS TO TAKE CARE OF OUR MISTAKE! CARS ARE EXPENSIVE AND PARTS AS WELL! THATS WHY YOU NEED EXPERIENCED PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU! OTHER WISE YOU LOSE MORE THEN WHAT YOU MAKE! YOU HAVE TO RESPECT THE OTHERS AND THEIR STUFF CAUSE IT WASN'T YOU THAT SWEAT YOUR ASS OFF TO GET WHAT THE CUSTOMER HAVE! ALSO GET A BETTER ATTITUDE INSTEAD OF TRY TO GET THE CUSTOMER TO CALM DOWN YOU ARE SAYING THAT YOU WONT PAY FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE WE DIDNT CHECK THE CAR ON SPOT WHEN WE TOOK THE CAR! AND THAT $50 DOLLAR GIFT CARD... WHAT AM i GOING TO DO WITH IT?!? GO TO DE DEALER AND TELL THEM I WANT TO PAY WITH IT? OR GO TO THE BODY SHOP AND PAY THEM WITH A $50 DOLLAR GIFT CAR TO YOUR PLACE TO GET THE CAR WASHED AND BE $500 NEGATIVE TO GET A WEEKLY CAR WASH!!???????
