- Please note that we have a five day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within 5 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a 20% service charge (or minimum of $20). There will be no deposit refunds for cancellations received 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you are staying with us for more than one night, please note that the deposit will be applied to the lasat night of your intended stay and will be forfeited if you depart prior to the final day of your reservation. In the event of a no-show, the full room charge for the entire period reserved will be debited.
