Utilizing the same philosophy and procedures of the residential locations, Monte Nido's Eating Disorder Center of Boston is available for male and female adolescents and adults who are transitioning from residential treatment or for those needing a higher level of therapy.
Monte Nido's therapy approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, the implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, the elimination of destructive behaviors and the development of motivation and therapy engagement.
Our goal is to help each customer attain a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise problem and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is essential for their personal recovery.
