Reviews

I am very disappointed in this practice. From what I read online, this seemed like a friendly and welcoming practice that sought to differentiate itself from the rest (impersonal money making factories that see a pregnant belly and think, "CA CHING!"). This is not the case what so ever. It is just another baby factory with long waiting room times, long exam room wait times, impersonal doctors, and rigid scheduling and unhelpful and impersonal staff! I was a mere 10 minutes late to my appt. today (that is not a lot and the scheduling staff should account for such occurrences). I have a one year old and a 3 year old and was all by myself, so I was very anxious about getting through the appt. with these small kids in tow. I arrived and waited 30 minutes in the waiting room. I realized something was up once I saw a lady who came 20 minutes after I arrived go back before me. I asked if they planned to take me back any time soon, and the receptionist rudely answered that I was late and she didn't know. At that point, I realized that I was being punished for being late. That is ridiculous considering when I arrived there was a waiting room full of people! The last time I was there I had to wait 15-20 minutes in the exam room just to see the Dr! Let me add that my appt. was originally for 9am, and I received a call the day before asking me to reschedule to 10:40am. So I rescheduled for their sake and they couldn't even help out this mom with two kids who was a mere 10 minutes late?! After patiently waiting for 30 minutes, both my boys (1 and 3) started crying, and since the rude receptionist wasn't able to tell me around what time we'd me seen, i LEFT. At this time, I was also giving the receptionist my new insurance. She sighed with I told her that i had new insurance as if it put her out, and then told me I owed a co-pay, and when I inquired why that was she didn't even know that she was taking about. Poor service. Poor experience. I will take my business elsewhere. Oh and remember you are working with pregnant women! Have a little compassion!
