Always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. This is my favorite hotel in my area. It is not only they have a good location but the service and amenities are of a very high standard. This was the best stay I have ever had, couldn't have wished anything different. So clean, bright and tranquil. The lake view is breathtaking and waiting for you at almost every window. Lovely property and professional, gracious hosts. I would take this over any Hotel. Thank you to the lovely staff who helped us and accommodated our requests. Highly recommended!

Maybe it’s because we stayed midweek we found this hotel the best one compared to my previous experience. The lake view room was fabulous. The food was fantastic at the lobby & the brassiere bars couldn’t be faulted. The spa area was the highlight. They also have playground here for the kids to play. It was really a perfect place!

I thought that the hotel is not that very nice because the pricing is cheaper than the other hotels, but when I stayed here for three nights, I saw that the space is spotless and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff that accommodated us was Kim who is very kind and lovely. They have excellent service. It was like a luxury hotel! Thus, I am proud to recommend this to everyone.

My partner and I dined here last night while staying at your Hotel. Our meals were absolutely beautiful, there was nothing we could fault. The design on the walls was very beautiful. This is a luxury hotel. The food was excellent, the heated pool was amazing, and the staff was uniquely kind and helpful. I would be recommending this hotel for the reason that we loved our stay here.

I have been staying at this hotel for business at least once a month. It is an excellent hotel with great staff. My favorite is Sofia at the front desk. She has an amazing memory, and it is very nice that she remembers my name each time I visit. Her smile and warm personality set the tone for my visit each time. The rooms are of the highest quality, and everything is always in place. I strongly recommend this hotel!

I love everything about our recent stay at this hotel! I love that you offered so many activities that our kids surely love. The chocolate party, family movie night under the stars, and children's games are their favorites! The restaurants serve good food. Alexa was so nice ambiance and everything. I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel with my husband and children for 6 nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived at the hotel few hours earlier than the check in time, the staff still arranged a two double bed room for us quickly. The location is excellent as we can go to the city in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here!

One of the best hotels I have been to! So classy and amazing ambiance. I had a suite and it was so beautiful big and very nice inside. Multiple pools and the best thing was the breakfast by the pool! I love this place and will come back again soon. The hotel grounds are spectacular. In more ordinary surroundings I would have been more impressed with the meal.

Good location! This hotel sits near the airport and the city. Very well-maintained the rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the bed, and the linens are fine quality. Their restaurant has a good selection of food. The pool and gym are nice. This will be my new go-to hotel whenever I will in this city.

Incredible hotel interiors! I was not expecting my stay here would be this memorable compared to other hotels. From their doorsteps, Leo assisted me, and He was totally impressive for me. We can’t fault this hotel for they have very accommodating staff and they have complete facilities. We even had hot water bottles! Everything you could think of was available. Fresh fruit and cheese were waiting for us. Our travel agent made the booking so I’m not sure what it cost but I'm sure it was not too pricey because I did pay too much. Five-star for this hotel!
