- Cancellations are very costly to our business. Our policy is full refund, minus $25 processing fee, if cancelled more than 30 days in advance of your stay. If less than 30 days, you may choose to re-schedule, but we require you to use Monday through Thursday evenings, a $25 processing fee will be charged, and you must stay within 60 days of your original reservation. If cancellation is within 7 days of your stay, your deposit is forfeited. If using a gift certificate and you cancel your reservation within 7 days, half of the room rate will be deducted from your certificate.
