Absolute Worst Company/Service provider I have ever dealt with in my 15 years of having our properties cleaned. They over billed us by more than 40% on the initial deep cleaning quote!!!! We had a specific and very clear conversation, that if charges were going to exceed the quoted prices that we should be clearly notified of this. That is a standard business practice to notify your client that charges are exceeding the quoted amounts, this is not something new. Following the first over billing, they offered two courtesy cleanings, which were short of what I would call a cleaning and a very poor job. Also to take note of the fact, that without someone having to inspect and remind the crew about the kitchen and standard areas of the home, the cleaning falls very short of satisfactory or even decent. While reaching out to solve some of these issues, I must say it s disappointing to not be called back and constantly having to push to get answers or resolutions. It s almost like being avoided. Following my call with Recardo (the weekend manager) three weeks ago, I asked him to have someone communicate with me on what s going on, and not to send any crew to our place until I speak to someone. One week went by and no one reached out, then we receive a $75 charge to our credit card. If the intent is to drive the client insane, this is definitely the way to go about it. So to sum up what s happened in this relationship: 1. Over billing from the quoted prices, by substantial amounts, without authorization. 2. Having to constantly remind the crew about basic areas of the home that need cleaning. 3. Unauthorized charge once again of $75 with no one ever coming out to the home. I have now had to open a credit card dispute with the bank, and get our attorney on this case. Just based on the principle alone we are pursuing this company in small claims court.
