A hypnotherapy session with Daria will always include a pre-talk and a wonderful relaxing session where we are able to cross the bridge from the conscious mind and speak directly to the subconscious mind to help achieve the desired outcome. The first session include a complete intake as well as hypnosis and clients should plan to be here 2 hours, any following sessions are usually 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
