The Martini Mortgage Group was founded in 2006 by Certified Mortgage Advisor & Producing Branch Manager Kevin Martini. The family business also includes Logan and Ronni Martini, together with Keith Ingram and Katie Schmitz. Over more than 15 years, the Group has helped numerous borrowers to purchase homes or refinance affordably.
Our goal is to help all the families we serve grow their wealth over time, reduce their debt for a debt-free retirement and plan appropriately for their futures.
At the Martini Mortgage Group, we take a different approach to the lending process. In a typical mortgage experience, you would call a lender and tell them what you would like, and then the salesperson would tell you if they can help you and at which terms.
Kevin Martini and the Martini Mortgage Group take the time to understand your financial picture, structuring our advice around your short and long-term goals. We spend time with each client, either in our office or through a virtual meeting, to walk you through every step of the process and to ensure you have clarity around making an educated decision.
Kevin and his Group simply believe that on the consumer’s end, this experience doesn’t provide the consumer with any value at all. Any mortgage company will tell you what you CAN do, but very few will help you understand what you SHOULD do based on your best interests.
