- Guests are encouraged to book in-residence stays of at least five days for optimal results; many choose to stay for up to three weeks to enjoy maximum benefits. The Center limits its number of guests to 17 in order to ensure personalized attention from the experienced staff. Specially trained Ayurvedic technicians and a health educator work with the vaidya to guide guests through their customized wellness program. Participants can choose from the program options offered by the Center, which are further customized during their first Ayurvedic consultation. In addition to the Standard Maharishi Rejuvenation Program (five-14 days) and the Enhanced Program (seven-21 days), guests can also select the Veda Intensive Program (seven-21 days), which incorporates Vedic sound and vibration therapies formulated to activate the body's natural healing mechanisms. The Herbal Rejuvenation Program (three to five days) features herbal remedies, Ayurvedic diet, and daily routine recommended by the vaidya to address immediate health needs (spa treatments can be added to this program at an extra fee). The stress-relieving and wellness-focused Corporate Rejuvenation Program is available to professional groups. Maharishi Ayurveda stresses the importance of maintaining a daily routine in tune with natural cycles. Guests are encouraged to have an early bedtime (before 10 p.m.) and a natural, comfortable wakeup. This routine is designed to support deep, restful sleep as well as increased energy and mental clarity during the day. During private consultations with staff and group activities, participants learn how to apply Ayurvedic principles to their daily lives once they leave the Center.

- The spa at Maharishi Vedic Health Center is situated in a tucked-away section of the mansion's main floor. The 25, 000-square-foot (2, 323 square meters) facility consists of two gender-separated levels, each with five treatment rooms. Spa therapists perform balancing and detoxifying treatments based on the recommendations each participant receives from the vaidya (Ayurvedic physician). Depending on the length and intensity of each participant's holistic regimen, spa treatments may involve up to four therapists at once and integrate modalities such as herbal enemas (bastis) and sound therapy. The commonly performed 90-minute Pizzichili treatment is performed by two therapists, who apply a deliberate flow of warm herbalized oil to the guest's entire body. The organic herbal oils used in this and most of the spa's therapies are prepared using centuries-old Ayurvedic methods in the Center's own herbal kitchen. Programs at the center may help guests address conditions such as obesity, anxiety, infertility, menopause, depression, fibromyalgia, heart disease, and cancer. Some of the most popular spa treatments are available a la carte for day spa guests.
- Rooms And Dining
- Maharishi Vedic Health Center's 17 guest rooms are located on the second and third floor of the mansion. A grand spiral staircase leads from the main floor to the two upper floors. Rooms feature private bathrooms and queen- or king-size beds. The most spacious accommodations encompass sitting areas containing plush sofas and other furnishings as well as tall ceilings and abundant natural light. Meals are served either buffet-style in an elegant dining room or in the privacy of guest accommodations. The Center's flavorful organic, vegetarian cuisine is specially prepared to support the detoxification treatments. Meals generally include a variety of grains, vegetables, soups, fruit chutneys, and unleavened Indian bread (chapatti), paired with a selection of herbal teas as well as lassi, a traditional South Asian yogurt drink known for promoting good digestion. Guests enjoy breakfast and lunch according to their individual spa schedules, but dinner offers an opportunity for all the guests to meet and engage in light conversation. Participants follow Ayurvedic mealtime recommendations, which call for brief walks after eating.
