- Reservations are prepaid & nonrefundable at time of booking. All Cancellations must be given in writing. An additional $25 cancellation processing fee applies to all cancellations. Should you need to cancel your reservation and it does fall during a holiday, special event, convention date or part of a wedding party, and the written cancellation is given within 15 days of the reservation check in date, then you may rebook and apply the nonrefunable payment credit towards another date (based on availability), if rebooking is made within a 60 day period from written cancellation notice. Check in is between 2pm & 6:30pm. A late fee of $25 cash will be required at the time of check in for all late arrivals after 6:30pm. If arriving later than 6:30pm or earlier than 2pm, you must call (504) 412-9500 to make special arrangements.
