MagMile CrossFit's workouts are based on the teachings of CrossFit founder Greg Glassman's guidelines for fitness that are broad, all encompassing and infinitely scalable. MMCF's programs are appropriate for anyone aged 5 to 105. MMCF offers a community-based fitness program encouraging athletes to be involved in everyday workouts and social interaction, while making the workouts highly intense, including constantly varied functional movements.
