I had this company's HVAC repair service for the heater repair that I needed for our system, and they had a technician come out within an hour. The technician was efficient at explaining everything and going over my options as he did an admirable job. I would say they have all been professional, polite, and helpful. The technician, Radu was great on everything. I was a bit surprised by his work as he performed air conditioner repair services. I admired his awesomeness in handling the repair. The causes of the problem were easily identified and were fixed well within an hour. I was really happy that he was able to complete the task the same day. It was 100% repaired for I could use it perfectly again. It was done professionally. Great service!

As I found this company, I then called immediately for an ac and furnace repair service. It was Radu who arrived earlier and fixed the problem. The process was fast for he had all the necessary tools for the repair. He's an expert one, thus fixing the problem was just easy for him to carry out. He even cleaned and replaced those parts that he found damaged. It took an hour only and I found out no issues while it was working. Excellent!
